Accessibility

The website is designed to make practical plumbing information easier to read and navigate.

Features included in the implementation

Pages use semantic headings, one primary heading, visible focus outlines and a skip-to-content link. Navigation uses normal links, and FAQ answers use native expandable details. Informative images have alternative text, while decorative linked thumbnails avoid duplicate announcements. Layouts adapt to small screens, and reduced-motion preferences are respected.

Keyboard and mobile navigation

Use Tab to move among links and controls, Enter to follow a link and the browser’s standard keys to operate FAQ summaries. On small screens, the menu button reports whether navigation is expanded. Escape closes the mobile menu. Disabled call buttons are identified as unavailable and do not initiate a call.

Current limitations

Implementation checks and browser tests can detect some issues but do not establish full compatibility with every assistive technology. A comprehensive independent accessibility audit and broad screen-reader testing have not been completed. External websites linked from this site control their own accessibility.

Reporting an access problem

A verified contact email has not been provided. No fictitious support address is published. You may use the contact form, selecting Other / not sure, to describe an access problem and include the page, device, browser and barrier encountered. If the security check itself prevents access, a dedicated alternative contact channel is still needed before public launch.
